That got me thinking about more things that are just different this year, and some things that need an update.<\/p>\n<p><A HREF=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Over_the_River_and_Through_the_Wood\">&#8220;Over the river and through the wood&#8221;<\/A> seems a bit dated now, so:<\/p>\n<p>Over the wifi and through the net &#8212;<br \/>\nTo Grandfather&#8217;s screen we go<br \/>\nThe router knows the way to send the stream<br \/>\nthrough the firewalls and filters<\/p>\n<p>Over the wifi and through the net &#8212;<br \/>\nTo Grandfather&#8217;s screen we go<br \/>\nWe would not drop packets<br \/>\nfor &#8217;tis Thanksgiving Day<\/p>\n<p>Over the wifi and through the net &#8212;<br \/>\nOh how the links saturate<br \/>\nIt buffers the stream<br \/>\nAs over the internet we go<\/p>\n<p>Over the wifi and through the net &#8212;<br \/>\nand straight through the ISP<br \/>\nWe retransmit and buffer<br \/>\nit is so hard to wait!<\/p>\n<p>Over the wifi and through the net &#8212;<br \/>\nWhen Grandmother sees us in HD<br \/>\nShe will say &#8220;O, dear, the children are there,<br \/>\nsend a FedEx for everyone.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Over the wifi and through the net &#8212;<br \/>\nnow Grandmother&#8217;s desktop I spy!<br \/>\nHurrah for the fun!
